Barry G. Wolf CBB, CCB, CIIIS, CPM
Barry G. Wolf is a seasoned commercial real estate and business brokerage professional with nearly 35 years of experience in this industry. He holds the following national and international designations: Certified Property Management (CPM), Certified Business Broker (CBB), Certified Commercial Broker (CCB) and the Certified International Investment and Immigration Specialist (CIIIS).
Barry's primary focus is healthcare business brokerage, funding and real estate services. Throughout his career, he has managed commercial real estate portfolios worth in excess of $200 Million and has personally completed brokerage and lease transactions in excess of $120 Million. He has considerable expertise in healthcare real estate, mergers and acquisitions, business brokerage, funding solutions, valuations and business consulting. Barry is a Magna Cum Laude Graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where he received Masters Degrees in Urban and Regional Planning as well as Urban Economics. He was the recipient of the prestigious GSPIA Academic Fellowship from 1976 -1978.
Alton M. Reynolds, M Ed Cl H
Alton M. Reynolds’ career in healthcare spans nearly 40 years. He has expertise in the following areas: business and property valuations, valuation of tangible and intangible assets globally, funding services, business brokerage, mergers and acquisitions and business consulting. He assembles intellectual assets through recruitment of senior healthcare executives, physician executives and clinical physicians.
Additionally, he provides healthcare services related to business start-ups, growth and turn-arounds on the corporate level. He also has vast clinical experience in small rural hospitals as well as major medical centers such as the Hospital at the University of Pennsylvania and Temple University Hospital. He was adjunct faculty at Drexel University's Department of Health Care Administration. Alton also has extensive clinical expertise as he provides psychiatric evaluations for numerous hospital emergency rooms in the metro Atlanta area.
